As we all know, electric heating heat transfer oil furnace uses heat transfer oil as heat carrier, so how do you understand heat transfer oil?
For heat transfer oil products, it will have corresponding technical indicators at the beginning of delivery, which of course includes the more important use temperature, especially the maximum temperature of heat transfer oil.
At present, there are many heat transfer oil products on the market, such as 320 heat transfer oil, 330 heat transfer oil, 350 heat transfer oil, etc., and many users will mistakenly think that the maximum use temperature of 320 heat transfer oil is 320 ℃, while the maximum service temperature of 350 heat transfer oil is as high as 350 ℃. In fact, the model of heat transfer oil does not directly represent the maximum use temperature of the product.
Taking 320 heat transfer oil as an example, it represents the highest temperature that the heat transfer oil itself can reach, not the working temperature. Usually, some will be reserved as safety factor to ensure the service life of heat transfer oil. In other words, the maximum working temperature of 320 heat transfer oil is about 270 degrees. By analogy, 330 heat transfer oil is 280 degrees and 350 heat transfer oil is about 300 degrees. |
